The Wise Girls Workshop.
This is a replicable, age-appropriate, 10-hour Menstrual Education Program that equips girls with essential knowledge on menstrual health, body literacy, and fertility awareness while fostering body autonomy and self-care.
This program follows a Humanistic approach, is Science-Based, and emphasizes Human Rights. Our approach is innovative in these key aspects:

$300 MXN - Become a CARETAKER:
Provide one girl with 10 hours of education on body literacy, self-knowledge, and self-care through our Wise Girls Workshop. (Approx. $15 USD)
$600 MXN - Become a GUARDIAN:
A monthly Guardian gift equips a girl with a high-quality Niñas Sabias Kit, empowering her to manage her period with dignity for up to 4 years. This donation also covers all her workshop materials. (Approx. $30 USD)
$1000 MXN - Become an ANGEL:
Ensure a girl receives 10 hours of empowering education, a sustainable Niñas Sabias Kit, all necessary workshop materials, while enabling us to monitor and evaluate the program's impact on her life. (Approx. $50 USD)
